We directly employ our entire workforce which is of the highest calibre including engineers, foremen, joiners, steel fixers, plant operators drain layers, skilled bricklayers and paviours.
We operate our own health and safety policy and also issue each employee with our own Site safety Pocket Book.
All on-site staff our sufficiently trained and hold the required certification for works undertaken such as confined space entry, plant awareness, street works first aid etc. These safe practices and working methods are CITB approved.
As well as having a skilled and qualified workforce B.A.K own and operate all our own plant.
We believe that you need the “right tool for the job” and we can boast an impressive portfolio of various plant and equipment ranging from Micro Excavators to 30t Excavators as well as dumpers, rollers, compactors, lifting equipment and cutting equipment.
To compliment the Plant Fleet we have an extensive Commercial Vehicle Fleet that constantly services our live contract base works, this together with also owning and operating all our own plant insures that our clients achieve the best possible value.
